2. Purpose of the website

SpainINT Select publishes market intelligence, practical guides, location analysis and selected investment or operating opportunities related mainly to Spain. It also provides a channel for initial enquiries about acquisitions, projects and management services.

Unless expressly stated in a signed engagement, published content is general information. It is not an offer, a binding commitment, personalised investment advice, legal or tax advice, a valuation or a substitute for independent due diligence. Figures, forecasts and business cases depend on assumptions and do not guarantee future performance. The scope, responsibilities, fees and conditions of any service must be agreed separately in writing.

Spanish law applies. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts determined by mandatory procedural and consumer-protection rules; where those rules do not establish another forum, the parties submit to the courts of Alicante, Spain.
